• What exactly am I paying $250 for right now?
You're locking in a Founding Partner spot in the Mr. Hot Deals network before the app is built. $250 covers your first year membership and helps fund the app build. After that, your membership renews automatically each year at the standard rate. You can cancel anytime before a renewal date.

• What happens if the app isn't ready by January?
We're building toward that date and will keep you updated at every step. If anything shifts, you'll hear it from us directly, not find out on launch day.

• What do I get for my $250 beyond "being first"?
Permanent Founding Partner status, a say in how the deal structure and app work before they're locked in, and first pick on featured placement when members start browsing the network.

• Do I have to offer a discount? What if I don't want to compete on price?
You set your own terms. Mr. Hot Deals isn't a coupon marketplace. You decide the deal, the redemption frequency, and what qualifies someone for it. Nobody's racing you to the bottom.

• How is this different from Groupon or other deal sites?
Those run on one-time, margin-cutting discounts that bring in bargain hunters who never come back. Mr. Hot Deals is a membership. Members pay for ongoing access, which means they're motivated to come back and build a relationship with your business, not just cash in once.
•How many other businesses will be in the network at launch?
We're building the founding roster now, capped at 25 businesses. You're seeing this because we want you in that group.

• What do I need to do right now?
Fill out the Founding Member Form, make the $250 investment, and you’re in! We'll reach out as we finalize app details and deal setup before launch.

• What am I actually buying?
A yearly membership to Mr. Hot Deals. One sign-up gets you access to a growing network of Coachella Valley businesses offering real deals, all year, not just a one-day flash sale.

•Why am I paying now if the app doesn't launch until January 1?
Because the first 200 people to join lock in $10 off your first year. That price goes away once we hit our founding cap. Your payment will directly fund the build of the app.

• What do I get between now and January 1?
Your spot, held, and Founding Member status. You'll be first in line the day the network goes live, and have access to certain Founding Member discounts.

• What happens if I'm not satisfied, or the launch is delayed?
We'll keep you updated throughout the build. We’ll give plenty of heads up about the launch date and if there are any delays. If for any reason the app doesn’t launch within 90 days of our stated launch date, you will receive a complete refund.

• How is this different from a coupon app?
Coupon apps are one-and-done. Mr. Hot Deals is a standing membership, so the businesses in the network are building real relationships with members, not racing to give the deepest one-time discount. You get consistent value all year, not a single flash deal.

Plus, a portion of proceeds will support local charities and youth organizations. We’re local, and your dollars will help support local needs.

• What kind of businesses will be in the network?
Restaurants, services, events, and local favorites across the Coachella Valley, from Palm Springs to Indio. [See sample listings above.]
• How many deals can I use, and how often?
Each business sets its own redemption terms. Some business will allow daily redemption. Some will allow weekly or a set amount of times during the year.

• Is this a one-time payment or will I be charged again next year?
Your Founding Member rate covers your first year at a discounted rate and will renew at the full rate the following year unless cancelled.
